This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through “www.BlackCoralStudios.com”, “we”, “us”, “our” and covers: Short term and long term rentals . It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
“Booking” means the service you purchased. “Start Date” means the first day of your booking. “Consumer” means a buyer acting outside their trade/business/profession.
2. Before you purchase
- Please review what is included in the booking before purchasing.
- A 50% payment of the total value is required right away to confirm your reservation for a short term rental (maximum length of stay: one month)
- The remaining 50% are due in cash at the moment of your check-in. A failure to provide that payment at the moment of your check-in will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.
3. Cancellations (before Start Date)
Before the Start Date: If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before the Start Date, you are eligible for the refund of your down payment minus 100 USD.
Close to the Start Date: If you cancel fewer than 60 days before the Start Date, you are eligible for no refund. This rule also applies to reservations made fewer than 60 days before the Start Date.
4. Cancellations (after Start Date)
There are no refunds available after the Start Date.
5. Payment regulations for long term rentals
If you are renting long term, the full amount of the first month’s rent is due right away at the moment of reservation.
The payment of the last month’s rent + a security deposit of 200 USD are due at the moment of your check-in. The security deposit will be refunded on your last day of stay if no damage of property due to neglect has occurred.
Monthly rent payments are always due on the first day of each month.
If you are renting on a monthly payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing. If you stop payments, your reservation will be cancelled with immediate effect.
6. Exceptional circumstances
If an unforeseen emergency occurs, you may submit a written request for: Partial Refund. Any approval is at our discretion and may require supporting documentation.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Send your request to manaole@protonmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request for Studio 1 or Studio 2 respectively.
8. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund. Taxes/fees may be handled according to applicable rules and the payment provider’s policies.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. If a chargeback is filed while you still have access to paid content, we may suspend access pending resolution.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
