About this space

This unique studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor and from its porch you can enjoy the beautiful mountain view and sunrise. This place has a king size bed with a high quality mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, a well ventilated bathroom with windows, a work table and stable wifi, a dining table for 4, and plenty of storage space. The house has a pressurized water system and drinking water is provided. And the roof top terrace is perfect for some serious star gazing at night or your early morning yoga practice.

There is fast and reliable wifi which perfectly suits all remote working requirements. The open-sky roof top offers an amazing 180° view (shared).

This studio apartment is part of a private house. There are 2 other apartments. One very friendly dog (Maxie) lives as well on the premises.

The property has its private parking space where you can park your car or golf cart. There is as well a charger for a golf cart.

Born and raised in Germany, I’ve been living in Mexico for more than 20 years. I’m a practitioner of Structural Integration/Rolfing, a Breathwork facilitator, and Licensed Massage Therapist, offering my services at Sayulita Holistic Bodywork.

I designed every detail of the house and planted the entire garden myself – every tree, every flower. It’s been a labor of love creating this peaceful oasis for my guests to enjoy.

Living in Sayulita has changed my life in ways I never expected. I’m passionate about sharing this magical place with travelers who appreciate tranquility, nature, and authentic Mexican culture.

Yes! The porch in front of of your studio is exclusively for your use. The view from the hammock over the lush garden and the mountains surrounding the town feels like your own private tropical oasis. Also, the porch has a small gate so that the owner’s dog that lives on the premisses can visit you only with your permission.

The open-sky rooftop with amazing 180° views is shared with the other two apartments in the building. It’s a beautiful space to watch sunsets and enjoy the panoramic scenery.

We have fast and reliable WiFi (80+ Mbps) that meets all remote working requirements. Perfect for digital nomads and remote workers.

There is one lovely dog that lives on the property. You may bring along as well one well trained dog that is friendly with other dogs. Please read the house rules for dog owners to make sure that you can commit to these requirements.
